A Toast to Gram

This was the first time we haven't stayed at the cottage so we were making daily trips back and forth from the Wickwire's home on the point. It was fun to have a bit more of the creature comforts and we were grateful for the hospitality, but nothing beats the cottage. We all gathered at the cottage this afternoon for a toast and a tribute to Gram.

The Kearsley Bridge is the greatest bridge of all time and it's between the point and our cottage.

The Wickwire's home.

Back at the cottage, Pop is taking out the kiddos.

More dock time with the family.

It's a little wavy out there, but still fun for swimming.

You can't beat this view.

Pop thinks everything is okay.

Passing out the scotch, Gram's favorite drink, to everyone.

Evening boat ride with the gang.

Masks were out a bit more because Santi got sick at the lake and we weren't sure if it was COVID or not. Ugh. Here's Dexter driving the boat.

Always a beautiful sunset.
