Maya Gets Pierced

Maya has been wanting to get her ears pierced for a while. She got permission to get them pierced on her birthday and she's been nervous about doing it. Today (after a fair bit of wavering), Maya decided to go for it. We went to the local piercing place where this fine gentleman pierced her ears using a needle. 

This is the big moment.

This guy has the whites of his eyes tattooed blue which increases his trustworthiness.

Happiness that she did it!!!

Geodome With Friends

We made another pilgrimage to somewhere in-between Los Angeles and San Francisco to meet the Kender Page again. This time we ended up at a crazy geodome house in Paso Robles.

Here it is.

A trip into town where we got some food and then did a bit of shopping. Jess and Maya opted for shade and cards during the shopping time.

The Last Hurrah

Our last day together was fun. Post photos, we headed out for another bike ride, the grown-ups took a quick trip to Bend and general fun was had by all.
