This is our last full day in Tokyo. We decided to check out the National Museum and make reservations for a fancy dinner.

We hadn't really splurged on any meals yet. Tonight we decided to try Japanese Sukiyaki at Imahan in Asakusa.

These are all the elements that will eventually be cooked in the a savory broth. Our server sets everything up and we cook the meat briefly in the broth, dip it in a raw egg and then eat it. Delicious.
