Maya and Daddy had a drawing contest where they told each other what to draw.   Who do you think won?

Daddy told maya to draw a man holding a suitcase with a bat.

Maya asked daddy to make a robot dragon holding cotton candy, with a crazy monster nearby.

Marin County Fair

This year we celebrated Independence Day at the fair.  Super fun...and hot...and busy.

Lucasfilm Picnic

Time for the annual (and hopefully not last) Lucas Film picnic.  We finally figured out our picnic routine.  First we head to the swimming pool, then head over for lunch, check out the games and ice cream and head home.  Not a bad way to spend the day.

Barfing to be done.  No, it's not related to the fish eggs.  Dexter got sick on the day we were returning home from Tahoe and Maya got it soon after.

More Lake Adventures

Sadly, Coco, Nate, and Viv had to head off to a wedding, but we had no trouble keeping ourselves occupied on our last days at the lake.

After Todd left, the rest of the family kept busy in Tahoe.

 We rented bikes and rode along the Truckee River.  Nate towing cousins.
