You Know...

Just some fall excitement.

Kid's day of the Mill Valley Film Festival. We went to film and then there were fun events at Marin Country Mart including...

...hula hoops...

...and henna tattoos.

DJ Dexter just listening to music in his platypus costume.

Hanging out with rats.

She almost will hang out on Maya's shoulder.

Mayacamas

On the way home from Safari West, we decided to go see the remains of the site where we got married almost 15 years ago. Sadly, the wildfires in 2017 destroyed the place. It was a sobering experience to see the barren landscape in what was once such a magical spot.

Welcome to Mayacamas.

Walking down the old entrance road.

There used to be buildings on either side.

The spot where we got married.

Hopefully, someday, this place will make many more happy memories.

Before and after of the wedding site.

The central path to the pool.

Looking back from where the pool was.

It was a sad day, but we are grateful for the amazing time we had here.
