We've had a quite a voyage with our backyard garage space. We decided to give it an upgrade in a about four years ago. Then it got flooded in the crazy rains of 2016-17. Then it got moldy. Then we fixed the drainage system behind the house. Then we got rid of the mold which meant removing all drywall from the lower three feet of garage and pulling all cabinets and plumbing. Then we waited a winter to see if it would flood again. It didn't. Now were are finally putting it back together again.
Insulation an drywall going back in.
Hopefully it will be completed soon.
