Burritos and Art

Our last full day was filled with burritos, art, and massages for two lucky people.

This is the best breakfast burrito that we've ever eaten.

Checking out some of the galleries on Canyon Road including some cool outdoor sculpture gardens.

Walking along in Santa Fe. After this, Mom and Dad got to go to an amazing spa to soak in some hot springs and get massages. It was delightful.

Too soon it was time to say goodbye.

Tent Rocks

Today we drove out into the high desert for fun hike to Kasha-Katuwe Tent Rocks.

 Setting off.

Canyon walls.

Resting on the trail.

Some of us decided to adventure through a slot canyon.

Here we go...

Dexter leading the way.

Narrow trail.

It opened up into another beautiful area. Sadly, a thunderstorm was rapidly approaching, so we decided to head back.

Fun in the narrow passages.

Cool.

Almost back to the rest of the crew.

Hiking along the canyon wall.

Tent rocks. Cool!

Poker was a serious activity on the trip.

Farmer's Market, Museums and More

We started this morning with a trip to the local farmer's market. Then we hit the Museum of International Folk Art, Loretto Chapel, and then went out for a lovely dinner for Grammy's 70th birthday (a little early).

Mom and Dad did a little hike by the house. Here's a view of the home we rented.

At the Plaza

Having fun at the main plaza in Santa Fe.

Enjoying a nice diner in the middle of town.

Two cool dudes.

The plaza.

Papa and Grammy doing some shopping.

Having fun!

Meow Wolf

Grammy and Papa opted out of going to this weird place, but we decided to check out Meow Wolf, an interactive art piece unlike anything we've ever seen. Indoor Burning Man...maybe!

Robots greet you at this former bowling alley.

Dexter sporting a sassy hairstyle.

When you go into Meow Wolf, it looks as though you are entering a house. When you walk into the house there are interesting passageways into weirdness. It's all weird and wonderful. Dexter takes the entrance through the dryer.
