We left Daddy on his own for a few days so the sisters could take the youngest kids on a trip to Mendocino. It was fun!
Kalea and Dexter at a fountain in Healdsburg during our lunch break on the way to Mendocino.
We stayed at a cute hotel in town and found ourselves at this coffee/breakfast spot frequently. Kalea took this selfie.
Then she took this picture.

Off to the coast to look for a glass beach. At first we walked along the bluff and found what had been labelled as the glass beach.
There were some cool spots along the coast, but not that much glass.

Then Momma noticed an old map indicated a different area, but the entrance had been fenced because the stairs were out. We noticed a trail nearby and found ourselves on an abandoned amazing glass beach.
Dexter enjoying the solitude.
Looking through the pebbles on the beach and about 25% of the pebbles were glass.
Tiny glass.
Having fun.
Dexter makes his own green pile.
After that, it was off to the botanical gardens.
