North Carolina: Connor's First Day

Our last full day in North Carolina happened to be the day that Connor started first grade. It was fun to see Connor's school and be there for his first first grade pick-up.

North Carolina: Fun With Boyd, Kim, Connor and Chase

Unfortunately for us, we haven't been able to get together with Todd's brother, Boyd, and his family as much as we would like. Boyd was able to visit last October, but his wife, Kim, and their two sons, Connor (6 yrs) and Chase (3 yrs), had not yet met Maya. It was such a treat to get to visit them at their beautiful home in Charlotte and to meet Chase for the first time.

One day we rented a pontoon boat and cruised around on a nearby Lake Norman.
