We Spy Vivian!

Maya and Dexter's cousin Vivian made a quick appearance at our home while Coco and Nate had a layover before heading back to Hawaii.  It was great to see all of them.

Egg Hunting Time

It is time again for our neighborhood egg hunt.  Mommy volunteered to help with the event.  Maya was very excited for the chance to find 5 eggs or less.

Leprechauns!

This year we experienced our first visit from leprechauns.  Maya and Riley made traps the day before and in the morning some leprechauns had left some gold and chocolate coins for them near the traps, but they didn't actually catch one.  The leprechauns also got into the house and moved around furniture and toys, peed in the toilet (green, of course), turned her glass of water green, and left a note for Maya.

Maya, who LOVED the silly leprechauns, decided to send a note to them at the end of the day to see if they would bring some more chocolate to her.

We'll have to see whether those leprechauns are willing to come back.

Sandboxes Are Heavy

We came up with the brilliant idea to put a sandbox in the backyard.  First we bought the sandbox...that was easy.  Then, we had to move some patio rocks...that was hard.  Then we had to get sand, realize the people had loaded the wrong sand, reloaded the sand, and then unloaded the right sand.  Many hours and 900lbs later we had success.

Aeropress

Daddy's latest way to make coffee involves using the Aeropress to make the perfect cup.  It involves a pushing down a plunger and ends with a satisfying pop.  A family that Aeropresses together, stays together.

Oscar Night

This year we had our friends, the Gordons, over to watch the Oscars.  We even got fancy for the big night.  Fun was had by all.
